Certified Pink Diamonds
Pink Diamonds are amongst the rarest and most beautiful diamonds in the world. They are sourced from a single mine in a remote corner of Western Australian, 3040 kilometres from the capital, Perth. It is one of the world’s last great wilderness regions and the birthplace of these unusual pink diamonds.
The Argyle mine is owned by Rio Tinto. You can learn more here.
Why are they Pink?
Unusually, the pink colour is derived not from impurities in the stone but from extreme pressure during their formation.
Not only are they incredibly beautiful they are a sound financial investment. The mine has ceased operation so the value of the existing stones is extremely likely to increase over time.
